Popcorn Fundraiser

Building a strong annual program is a great way to keep Scouts active and interested in the Scouting program. Funding your program is equally important, as Scouts benefit from paying their own way.

Rocky Mountain Council’s recommended Fall money-earning project is the annual popcorn sale. Money raised by units has been used to cover the cost of 

  • Annual Registration Fees
  • Chartering Fees
  • Summer Camp
  • Fall/Winter Awards and Advancements
  • Special Events
  • Winter Camping
  • Gear and Uniforms
  • And MUCH MORE!

Trails End offers a phone application for units and families to create an account for each Scout to track what he or she sells to achieve their goals! 

The popcorn sale also benefits the council as a whole by helping us serve volunteer leaders and members by providing better programs and camping facilities.

  • Online Sales Begin –  August 1, 2020
  • Show N’ Sell Pre-order DUE –  August 12, 2020
  • Kick-off Meeting – August 25, 2020 @ 7PM (RMC Service Center)
  • Show N’ Sell Pre-order Distribution – March 20, 2020
  • Show N’ Sell Risk Free Distribution – August 27-28, 2020
  • Final Show N’ Sell Day – October 25, 2020
  • Fundraiser Deadline (Payment to Council, return eligible product, take order forms, prize sheets) – October 30, 2020
  • Take Order Distribution – November 12-13, 2020
  • Final Payment DUE – December 1, 2020

Beef Jerky Fundraiser

Money should never be a reason why a youth misses out on ALL the fun Scouting has to offer.  Selling Jerky allows all youth to participate in camping and activities.

Rocky Mountain Council’s recommended Spring money-earning project is the annual beef jerky sale. Money raised helps a youth pay for:

  • Summer Camp
  • Spring/Summer Awards and Rank Advancements
  • Special Events
  • Campouts
  • Gear and Uniforms
  • And MUCH MORE!
